Questions we get asked
How far ahead should I order?
Cakes need at least 3 days’ notice, and wedding cakes 2 weeks or more. Small chops and pastries can be ready the same day if you order before 12 noon. For big events, book as early as you can.
How do I pay?
Card payment is coming soon. For now, pay by bank transfer to the account on our Contact page, then send your proof of payment on WhatsApp. We start work once payment is confirmed.
Do you need a deposit for big orders?
Yes. Event and wedding orders are confirmed with a deposit, and the balance is due before delivery or pickup. We tell you the exact amounts when we send your quote.
Do you deliver?
Yes, anywhere in Abuja. The fee depends on your area. See the list on our Contact page. Pickup is free.
Can I send a picture of the cake I want?
Please do! Fill in the quote form, then send the picture on WhatsApp. We’ll tell you if we can make it, and the price.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us at least 48 hours before your date and we’ll do our best. See our Terms & refunds page for details on deposits and cancellations.
Do you make eggless, sugar-free or other special cakes?
Ask us about what you need when you request a quote, and we’ll tell you honestly what we can do. Please always tell us about allergies.
