What we collect

When you order, book an event, ask for a quote, chat with us or apply for a job, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the details of your order.

How we use it

We use your details only to make and deliver your order, contact you about it, send receipts, and answer your questions. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, except a delivery rider who needs your address and phone number on the day.

Payments

Bank transfers go straight to our bank account. Card payments are handled securely by Paystack; we never see or store your card details.

Proof of payment and files

Screenshots, receipts, pictures and CVs you upload are stored privately and only our team can see them.

Your account

Your password is stored securely and we cannot see it. You can update your details on your account page at any time.

Keeping or deleting your details

We keep order records for our accounts. To have your details removed, message us and we will delete what we do not need to keep by law.
